I’ve been a customer of Tampa Bay Air Conditioning Inc. for many years, and I’ve always had good experiences with them. Lisa is always a pleasure to talk to when I call in, and I appreciate that she offers me tips on how to fix easy problems myself. When I do have a technician come out, they are always courteous, professional, and punctual.

Prompt and GREAT SERVICE! We experienced a heater failure on our A/C unit Thursday night (cold night). We spoke to our friends Mary & Yen, who highly recommended we give Tampa Bay A/C a call. When we called we were greeted by a friendly real person, not a voicemail or AI robot. Lisa took our info and stated a technician would be in contact within the next hour. Renee called back within minutes, stating a tech would be coming by within a 1/2 hour (WOW). Geo (the tech) gave me a call stating he was on the way. The two technicians did an excellent job of analyzing the problem. Tampa Bay Air-conditioning was quick to locate and install the replacement part. Also the office staff kept me aware of the progress status along the way. Thank you all for the good work.

Tampa Bay Air Conditioning is our AC service company. We are a private residence. We had a central system replaced around 20 years ago. We have had a couple service calls in the last couple years where TBAC has responde quickly on weekends. They are not cheap but they are responsive, expert & get the job done.
