Fantastic service. Had 2 systems installed in 2 days. The house feels colder and dryer than ever before, and it holds steady with no struggle. Everyone in the pipeline was very professional, and answered questions we had throughout the process. The installers had plenty of experience to tackle some unexpected challenges in the installation. Your experience starts off with a conversation with Lisa. She clearly understands the AC business and the importance of customer service. She works with you to schedule the technician based on your availability. Robert, the technician, is extremely knowledgeable about all things HVAC. Robert was able to diagnose my issue as the controller board for the blower itself. He ordered the part. The following day, Greg, another technician, came to install it and my system now works perfectly. I have been, and will continue to be, a loyal customer of Tampa Bay Air Conditioning.
